  • How Much Does Shipping Cost?
    AUSTRALIA: Regular shipping: $10 Express Shipping: $15 For all orders over $120.00 shipping is FREE! INTERNATIONAL: Regular shipping: $22
  • How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
    AUSTRALIA-WIDE: Regular Shipping: 4 - 10 business days once dispatched. Express Shipping: 1 - 4 business days once dispatched. Allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and dispatched. Please note delivery delays may be experienced and we can not guarantee delivery times at this stage. We currently use Australia Post for all deliveries, therefore there may be a chance of experiencing disruptions due to COVID-19 and extreme weather conditions. INTERNATIONAL: Regular Shipping: 15 - 20 business days once dispatched. Please allow 1 - 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
  • Can I Make Changes To My Order After It Has Been Placed?
    If you have made any mistakes during your order, please contact us soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • How Do I Become A Brand Ambassador?

  • What Is Your Refund Policy?
    Items purchased from Vibe Tribe Apparel can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery. All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer. We are not responsible for return packages getting lost in the mail, so please retain your proof of postage and tracking number. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days of being received. Once your return has been processed you will be sent a confirmation email.
  • Can I Get A Refund If I'm Not Happy With My Clothing?
    Should you not be 100% satisfied with your Vibe Tribe Apparel, we are more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Returns must be made within 60 days of delivery. Please email us at info@vibetribeapparel.com.au for more information.
  • What If My Clothing Is Faulty?
    If you receive an item which you believe to be faulty, please email us at info@vibetribeapparel.com.au. Please attatch clear photos of the fault with a detailed description. We will either replace, refund, exchange or credit you depending on the circumstances.
  • What If I Received The Wrong Item, Colour or Size?"
    We apologise if we have made an error with your order. Please don't hesitate to conact us via email at info@vibetribeapparel.com.au. Please include the details of your order and what you received and we will arrange for a replacement asap at our cost, you will not have to pay for shipping/return shipping!
